Providing employees with the
skills, information and support they need to be successful is a critical
component in creating Operational Synergy. Our consultants will work with
you to design competency-based training programs which raise the level of
performance within your organization.
We provide instructional design,
curriculum development services and training facilitation. We can provide
additional support by conducting Train-the-Trainer Licensing Workshops to
ensure that your staff can continue the training after our engagement is
completed.

sample of current courses:
Management
and Leadership Development
- The Disciplined
Leader™ (3 to 5 Days versions) - managers gain an
appreciation of what it takes to be leaders in a high performance
organization and continued development of the skills it takes to be
successful. Optional modules include emotional intelligence assessment
and EI competency training, additional management or executive
teambuilding, and customized modules for specific client needs.
- Coaching with Emotional
Intelligence (1 & 2 day version) - participants will learn
what Emotional Intelligence is and how to apply in their work
environment to increase their effectiveness as managers. Two day
version includes a 360° Emotional Intelligence assessment. (By
arrangement with Columbia Resource Group)
- Introduction to
Supervision (2 to 4 Day versions) - new supervisors will gain
the necessary insights into their new role of managing people in a
high performance organization and explore the skills it takes to be
successful.
- Managing Diversity
(2 Day Workshop) - managers will have a deeper understanding of their
personal biases and gain powerful insights into challenges and
alternatives for action within a diverse organization.
- Taking Charge of Change
Management (1 to 3 Days) - participants will gain a clear
understanding of what change is and how quickly and profoundly it
happens; gain awareness of role and responsibilities of managers in
the midst of change; learn about resistance and how to cope with it;
and learn communication and planning tools. Three day program includes
emotional intelligence training related to coping with stress,
managing resistance and empathy.
